We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all SnapSum Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

- Subject: Refund Request
- Include: Your registered email address and order number (if available)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- First-time purchases of SnapSum Pro subscription
- Requests made within 14 days of payment
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
Refunds may be denied if:
- You have previously requested a refund
- You have abused the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Payment was made more than 14 days ago
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made
- You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription
5. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly. To stop auto-renewal:

If you were charged due to automatic renewal after requesting cancellation, contact us immediately for a refund.

- Service credit

7. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests for the same account
- Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods
